130 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the 130 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 130 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The 130 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of the service is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 130 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated version. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have come into effect.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 130 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 130 support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without written authorisation
- Disrupting, damaging, or interfering with the operation of the platform or its hosting servers
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 130 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 130 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking and local e-wallets. The platform accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their account are from legitimate sources and belong to the user personally. The use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts without authorisation is strictly prohibited. 130 reserves the right to request identity verification documents and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the payment system — including unauthorised chargebacks after receiving bonus or promotional benefits — will result in account closure and the recovery of all associated funds. Users may also be subject to legal action for any losses incurred by the platform.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 130 are subject to the specific terms set out for each offer. Rollover requirements and withdrawal limits associated with bonuses form part of the agreement between the user and the platform, and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to clarify the situation within a specified timeframe.
Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 130 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the required identity verification.
